We're firm believers that dining out means getting the whole shebang: great food, excellent company and perfectly Instagrammable interiors. Such is life in 2017 that we can't waste a moment and brunch, lunch and dinner is always better when you can photograph the crap out of every waking moment.
This week, we bring to you, our favourite Instagram-ready London food spots:
Head East for this pastel-infused dream of a cafe. Located just a 5-minute walk from Hackney Central, Cafe Miami is certainly a bit of an oddball in these dirty Hackney hangs. Expect great coffee, better (music) jams and a pretty solid all-rounder of a brunch menu. Their interiors are all sky blue and baby pink: an utter dream.
Sketch Gallery did the rounds a year or two ago but it's still sky-high on our recommendations for newbies to London. Book a sitting for afternoon tea and revel in their truly delicious sandwiches and savoury options, as well as their dreamy cakes and scones, each served up on quirky and sassy crockery by David Shrigley.
One of our favourite French restaurant chains, Aubaine is famously one of the prettiest eateries in London. Their wisteria-laced ceilings are something of a #FloralFriday lover's paradise and their extensive menu is quite unbeatable. Go for their lobster brioche roll if you're feeling fancy af.
Galvin Le Chapelle
This hotspot is nestled in Spitalfield's. A Michelin-starred restaurant, it's interiors are totally dreamy and keeps the focus on classic grandeur and fine decorum in the Grade II listed building.
If you have a soft spot for plush velvet and brass accents, the Clerkenwell Grind is the place for you. Great for a coffee as a respite from busy ol' London, this one serves up all of the essential brunch classics and a menagerie of excellent baked goods too.
Don't forget to tag us @honeyandchai if you hit up one of these spots!
